How we protect your data
Security built into how Baalki works
Each company kept separate
Every record belongs to one company, and the database itself refuses to show it to anyone outside that company.
Access by role
Owners assign roles. Agents see their own customers and earnings, branch staff see their branch, and the company’s commission stays private to management.
Money records are never deleted
Mistakes are corrected with reversing entries, so the full history of every payment remains available.
Sealed history
Each unit’s life story is recorded in a sealed sequence. If anything were changed outside Baalki, the nightly check would flag it.
Owner approvals and alerts
Large outgoing amounts need the owner’s approval, and alerts flag unusual activity such as duplicate CNICs or large discounts.
Activity and sign-in log
See who changed what and when, and which devices signed in. Accounts are confirmed by email and passwords are stored only in scrambled form.

Hosting
Baalki runs on Supabase (PostgreSQL database and file storage) and Vercel, in the Singapore region, with every connection encrypted over HTTPS.
Your data, exportable
Reports download to Excel at any time. Your data is never sold, and Baalki shows no adverts.
Public checks without private details
The file verification page never shows CNIC numbers, phone numbers or addresses. Payment details need the last four digits of the owner’s CNIC.
Leaving Baalki
If a company stops using Baalki, its data is kept for 90 days in case it returns, then deleted. Account deletion can be requested at any time.
