1. Scan or type
Scan the QR code on the paper with any phone camera. Or open the check page and type the file or receipt number and the code (for example K7P-29X).
2. See the result
A genuine paper shows Genuine, with the company name, the project, the unit and the file status. The owner’s name is partly hidden.
3. Owners see more
The file owner can type the last 4 digits of their CNIC to see payments made, what is left, and the receipts.
What the result means
- Genuine: the paper was issued by a company using Baalki and matches its records.
- TRANSFERRED: the file now belongs to someone else. This old paper is no longer valid.
- CANCELLED. Do not buy it.: the file was cancelled.
- Not found: check the number and code again. If it still fails, ask the company, and be careful.
CNIC numbers, phone numbers and addresses are never shown on the check page.
