How Legacy Group went from registers to a paperless office
Legacy Group is a real estate marketing company in Peshawar. This is how it stopped losing track of clients and their payment history.

Before: everything lived on paper and in people’s phones
Like most marketing companies, Legacy Group ran its sales on registers, Excel sheets and WhatsApp. A client’s details might be in one register, their payments in another file, and the latest conversation on a salesperson’s phone.
That worked until it didn’t. More than once a client’s record simply went missing, and with it the history of what they had paid. Answering a simple question from a client meant searching through files and asking around the office.
What changed
Legacy Group moved its clients, inventory and Booking Files into Baalki. Today every client has one record that holds their file, payment schedule and receipts, and the whole team works from the same information.
- Every client, Booking File and payment in one place, for the whole team
- Receipts and files printed with Legacy Group’s own logo, each one verifiable online
- The owner sees inventory, dues and collections without asking anyone
- Day-to-day sales work is paperless
In Danyal’s words
We used to run everything on registers and Excel. Client details sat in different files and on different people’s phones, and more than once we lost track of a client and what they had paid. Now every client, file and payment is in one place. Nothing goes missing, the office is paperless, and I can see exactly where the business stands every day.
